William O’Brien II  is the Owner, Operator and President of O’Brien Aviation Inc., located in Port Orange, Fl -Spruce Creek Fly In - 7FL6. O’Brien Aviation Inc., established in 2004, is a licensed and insured Maintenance Facility which offers a wide variety of professional services that include, but are not limited to the following:

O’Brien Aviation Inc. also owns a fleet of aircraft that are leased to multiple flight training providers throughout the country. For recovery, they are responsible for skip tracing, recovery, repositioning and remarking of collateral within all UCC Laws and Regulations. O’Brien Aviation Inc., works with many lending institutions and has successfully recovered and remarked hundreds of aircraft over the past 15 years. We have experience recovering all types and categories of aircraft raging from single engine to multi engine turbo jet. In addition to this O’Brien Aviation Inc., provides retail maintenance and sales for customers and are hired to evaluate fleets of aircraft for Market Value Assessments, Company Sales and Refinancing. O’Brien also works with legal departments in determining values of aircraft for Divorces, Estate Settlements and Business Dissolutions.

O’Brien has held both FAA Airframe and Power Plant ratings since 1992 and Inspection Authorization privileges since 1998. He also has Pilot ratings for single engine and multi engine land aircraft with over 2300 hours flown in over 55 different aircraft. In addition to these Airman ratings, he is a licensed FAA Aircraft Dealer, Florida State Repossession Agent and is the Manager of a Florida licensed Recovery Agency. William has held Florida state license - All Lines Insurance Adjuster that over the years has been involved in the investigation of numerous aircraft accidents for several Insurance carriers. Through out his career, William has personally owned over 100 aircraft and currently owns 11. He works in the industry everyday keeping up with constant changing current market trends and prices. He has resided on the airport where his business is located in the Spruce Creek Fly In for 20 years.
